Software Design Method
Our work has included the design and development of various centralized data
tracking systems for various clients. In some cases this work has
comprised works for hire, in others it has been the application of
elements or tools created using our proprietary design method called Framework
Application Design.
The key factor in using our design method is that applications can
rapidly be brought to market and the further customization of systems can
occur even while the system goes online and is in operation. In that
sense, past clients have directly benefited from the capacity to commence
training and working on the system while customizations are ongoing that
offer further enhancements.

PMCentral Systems products are designed to be utilized in multi-lingual environments. We
understand that engineers like to work in their own language whenever
possible, and on multinational projects, there tend to be engineers of all
nations present. Our systems can handle it.

Deployment & Training
Because our design method is congruent with the
requirements of a Rapid Application Design environment, we can deploy
applications or systems as quickly as they are developed. Our team also
produces the documentation in-house so during the deployment and testing
phase, documentation is being produced simultaneously.
Training is also developed at that time and is generally
available at the same time as the initial documentation is available.

Training focuses on users and administrators. Users are
trained first in order to bring a system up quickly. Then, during the
initial deployment phase, client designated administrators are worked
into their role - first by side-saddling, then by actually performing
administrative duties under supervision. Ultimately, clients can often
manage the system independently, though this is not always desirable on
enterprise-level systems.

Maintenance & Support
One of the principal areas of our team's focus is the
post-sale maintenance & system's support. Dedicated and technically
well-versed staff combined with a characteristically zealous approach to
solving problems enables us to keep our clients focused on their work
rather than on ours.

Finally, we strive to match our support personnel to our
clientele. So engineers talk with engineers, business decision makers
converse with each other, and communication channels are always open.
