PMCentral Systems - Management Team

The result of relationships built in Taiwan led Mr. Bobu to co-found PMCentral Systems in 1997, and to offer key support and software tools to Lucent Technologies Global GSM headquarters group in their project planning and documentation for Europe and Asia.  

The technology boom of the late nineties augured increased opportunities in the consulting arena, with Mr. Bobu managing implementation teams during the deployment of sophisticated data centers in Europe and the United States, structuring and deployment of a U.S. company to Shanghai, China, and deploying a wireless network deployment to the Middle East. 

Currently Mr. Bobu is leading the PMCentral Systems collaboration with Nextel Communications in McLean, Virginia.

A U.S. Navy veteran and member of the intelligence community as a cryptologist and linguist, Mr. Bobu is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a BA in International Politics and Military Strategy. Mr. Bobu also hold a diploma from the Defense Language Institute, Monterey in Mandarin Chinese, a diploma from the U.S. Air Force School for Advanced Applied Cryptologic Sciences, and a German Abitur. Finally, with strong international experience he has had extensive technical training as a matter of postgraduate professional development and is fluent in several languages. His additional business ventures include real estate & construction ventures as well as several other small businesses.

Uwe Junge, President & CTO

Mr. Junge spent the first decade of his illustrious career in the wireless telecommunications sector largely as a radio frequency engineer. An expert in RF planning and GSM systems design, he was instrumental in measurement engineering and quality control management for several German telecommunications firms. His experience led to high-profile consultancy engagements  with Lucent Technologies in Malaysia and Taiwan where he supported GSM & DCS projects.

Thereafter, as co-founder of PMCentral Systems in 1997, he assumed the lead software development role as the company expanded its engagement with Lucent Technologies Global GSM headquarters.

During the boom of the late nineties, Mr. Junge focused on European consulting projects and simultaneously worked on a complete redesign of PMCentral Systems' software design methodology due to significant shifts in technology.

Working on the deployment of sophisticated data centers, providing technical guidance in the development of web-based database solutions for businesses in both Europe and the United States, Mr. Junge perfected the Framework Application Design methodology.

Currently Mr. Junge is the senior engineering lead on all Disaster Recovery Systems developed by PMCentral Systems.

Mr. Junge is a graduate of the Technical University of Hannover, Germany with a MS in Electrical Engineering. He has extensive post-graduate work in programming, design, systems engineering and operations. Fluent in German, English and French, he is also a member of the voluntary Fire Brigade of his home town.
